so i started the install of my new fmic. dimensions are 31x11x3. she fit in perfectly, i didn't have to do any bumper mods either, however i will have to mod the bumper to get the ic pipes to fit right.

Yes, to get the pipework in nice, you gotta trim. Nothing majorly, but enough. It's like FMIC's were made for our cars right. Awesome fit.
