What do you mean by rep system? Do you have a demo link?

See the green bars that feature at the bottom? You have a green round button indicating you are online. A set of scales which is how you activate the rep system.

You select the scales and you have two options. You can either APPROVE or DISSAPROVE of a persons post. The more rep you have (the more green blocks) the stronger the rep each time you rep.

In your CP, it displays who has repped you as well as a comment they leave when they rep you.

It's not a bad tool. You don't pin hopes and dreams on it. But it is something else to add to the forum. :)
