My roomate has an '90 240SX with 180,000 miles on it. He replaced the spark plugs with with Bosch. Now I was told that Japenese cars and Bosch plugs dont mix.
He drove it after replacing them and it overheated. We checked the radiator and ended up filling it with almost a whole gallon of distilled water. White smoke, alot of vapor, is coming out the tailpipe. I think its a blow HG. The HG was prolly borderline and the new plug, sparking more than the previous, pushed to the point where it couldnt handle it anymore. However, my roomate's dad believes that if that much water were going into the head the engine wouldnt run at it. Contrary to that, my other roomate thinks that the water would just be burn off, hence the white smoke with vapor.
Thoughts?
