yeah...you cant really tell in the pics but...ill need a new bumper, grille, and hood....

anyways....yeah i was making my way up the mtn to snowboard and all of a sudden i hit this patch of ice, i start spinnng, countersteering didnt do much, and i hit the K-Rail at about 10mph.....
and it probably wouldnt of happened if i was paying attention to my speed instead of getting pissed at the vibrations that the cables made.

but the good thing..is that my insurance co is cool and my ded. is only 250....and i pretty much get a new front end....thus eliminating the 20k miles of rock pits in the Subaru Watercolor paint.

it looks worse in real life...im glad the pics make it look better than it really is...ha ha

so it turns out that also my radiator support is bent

also...ive installed those STi side splitters on my wrx bumper but i had to modify the bumper for them to fit. i got the body shop to order me an STi bumper which is totally sweet!!!!!!

my renter is a piece of crap and im getting a new one tomorrow...i had to pay extra so i might as well get a car with power windows/cd player, power locks, and a tach. ha ha ha ha ha ha

well im glad u'r ok and it seems to have worked out for you in the end!!!

OH! yeah i totally forgot about this thread,

anyways i got my car back 3 weeks ago, they did a really good job, they paint matched all the way to my front doors, and the paint matches perfectly, at first you can kinda tell but now that its seen the sun its perfect!! well to me!! the paint they use is amazing wayyyyy better than the subaru special watercolor!! ha ha, yeah its super thick so now hopefully i wont get so many rock chips! ha ha

So it sounds like a not so bad experience! :p Glad your ok. Love having my car look brand new again. ;)
