Been a little slow for me, it used to be really fast, maybe all the new visitors are making is slower?

Ive already been in contact with my host about this. I am also going to be re-saving the images to a smaller size.

It's a little slower than some other sites I visit regularly, but nothing unbearable.

edit: Seems to depend on the time of day too...slower in the evening after normal work hours than during the day or late evenings. I would venture to say it due to traffic.
