Signatures:
1. Keep the length of your signature down. List your mods horizontally if need be. This makes the actual post content easier to find, instead of one line of content for every 20 lines of signatures. Images may total no larger than 550 x 175. **
2. Any images in signatures AND avatars must not contain any nude, partially nude, or sexually forward content. If this occurs, you will receive one warning and then a permanent ban.
3.DO NOT post your items FOR SALE or services that you offer in your signature. This is considered advertising and will be treated as such. (note: Sponsors are excluded from this rule)
4. Referencing other members in your signature or avatar in a derogatory manner, whether joking or not, is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

Posting Policy:

You must include the text * NWS * before the beginning of the thread title. Failure to comply will get you one warning, and a permanent ban from the forums on the second offense.
4. The use of violence or threat of bodily harm to any member, their family, or vendor will result in the post being deleted, and your IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BANNING with no questions asked.
5. Anyone caught launching, or participating in a Denial of Service (DoS) attack against these forums will have their post deleted, and will be IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY BANNED.
6. Directly opposing the decision of a moderator or administrator by posting a topic that questions the action will be subject to the post being deleted, a warning on the first offense, and from there, the ban policy will take effect.
7. Advertising for any type of business or selling performance parts while representing a business in any forum is strictly prohibited. Do not try to “advertise some cool new product for a friend of yours that you are not in any way related to." We’ve seen it all before. Advertising, unless you are pre-approved, will result in your IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BANNING.
8. Group Buys are prohibited by both individuals and businesses unless pre-approved. Do not try to “get a group buy going through a shop you know just so you can save all your best friends on AWDForums a buck or two." We’ve seen all this before, too. Any attempted group buys will be deleted and will result in your IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BANNING.
9. You may not advertise a link to a business website of any kind in your signature or your avatar. You may not post a number to your business or your e-mail address to your business if this business pertains to the automotive aftermarket industry in any way. These are all forms of advertising. If you want to advertise contact us by e-mail. The link is on the bottom of virtually EVERY PAGE! Advertising in your signature and/or avatar, unless you are a paid advertiser with AWDForums.com, will result in your IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BANNING.
10. You may not advertise another direct competing forum to AWDForums in your signature or avatar. Advertising a direct competing forum in your signature and/or avatar will result in your IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BANNING.
11. Anyone caught harassing another member through the private messaging system will be subject to a warning on the first offense, and from there, the Forum ban policy will take effect.
12. We do not condone or promote illegal drugs or pirated software. There are many forums available on the internet that cater to many other cultures and activities. This forum pertains to cars. Please do not post pictures of drugs. The same NWS policy applies.
13. "Post Whoring": This forum is meant to be a valuable source of information. While we like to make it fun and entertaining as well, any excessive posting in any or all forums can and will result in temporary and possible permanent banning.
14. You may not impersonate a moderator, super moderator, or administrator in any way or at any time. Failure to abide by this rule, carried out via either signature modification, user text manipulation, or random comments through threads and/or PMs can and will result in temporary and possible permanent banning.
